Does measles cause fever?

Seek emergency help for trouble breathing, severe drowsiness, confusion, a seizure, severe dehydration, or a child who is difficult to wake. Babies, pregnant people, and anyone with a weakened immune system need prompt medical advice after possible exposure or new symptoms.
