What should you know about constant itching in eyes?

Itching may affect the eye surface, eyelid skin, or both. Seasonal allergens, dust, smoke, cosmetics, contact-lens products, and dry air can irritate sensitive tissue. A rash or scaling on the eyelids may fit contact dermatitis or atopic dermatitis.
