What do the differences in the Abu Dhabi and Fujairah table mean?
Each difference is the figure for Fujairah minus the figure for Abu Dhabi, worked out separately for the lower end and the upper end of the two indicative ranges. A plus sign means the figure for Fujairah is the higher of the two, and a minus sign means it is the lower. It is arithmetic on indicative figures, not a measure of what providers in either city charge.
