Another calls the hospital disorganised, with no proper triage in the emergency area, unexplained delays for consults and procedures, and no respect for patient privacy; the same reviewer describes an ER doctor as lazy. A third says they waited two hours in a queue in March 2024 and staff then refused first aid for a bleeding nail wound in the foot. That reviewer calls the staff disrespectful and felt pushed aside over a language barrier. The two positive reviews describe a very different hospital. One praises the outpatient clinic as thorough in diagnosis and good with treatment, with polite and helpful doctors, and notes that appointments there come only by referral from other clinics because it is a government hospital. The other describes a 74-year-old brother's major health complication during an Umrah trip in December 2022 and thanks the emergency doctors, nurses and specialists for their professional care and for doing everything needed to save his life.
