What should you know about milia painful?

Milia are small keratin-filled cysts close to the skin surface. They often look like firm white or pearly bumps, commonly around the eyelids, cheeks, or other delicate areas. A typical milium is usually not painful. Soreness may follow rubbing, picking, pressure from eyewear, or an inflamed spot nearby.
