How to remove stretch marks

Stretch marks form when the deeper skin layers stretch faster than the supporting tissue adapts. They may appear during growth, pregnancy, muscle gain, or weight change, and can affect the abdomen, hips, breasts, thighs, buttocks, or upper arms. Early marks may look red, purple, or darker; older marks often become lighter and slightly indented.

Moisturiser can reduce dryness and itch but does not rebuild the deeper scar.
