Shoulder Pain and Rheumatoid Arthritis

Keep a brief record of morning stiffness, swollen joints, fatigue, movement limits, and symptom changes. Arrange medical review if shoulder symptoms occur with persistent swelling or stiffness in other joints. Assessment may include a joint examination and blood tests or imaging chosen for your pattern. Do not start supplements or change prescribed treatment without advice. Anti-Inflammatory Medication may be part of symptom management, while an ongoing plan addresses the underlying inflammation.
