What should you know about mini microderm?

A microdermabrasion device gently abrades the outermost skin layer and may use suction to collect loosened cells. The aim is a smoother feel and a fresher-looking surface, not treatment of deep scars or active infection. Mild redness, tightness, dryness, or sensitivity can follow, particularly if your skin barrier is already irritated. Results are usually gradual and depend on the starting condition of your skin.

Tell the practitioner about eczema, rosacea, active acne, cold sores, recent sun exposure, wounds, and products or procedures that have made your skin sensitive. Do not schedule over broken or inflamed skin without clinical advice. After treatment, use a gentle cleanser, bland moisturiser, and broad-spectrum sunscreen; avoid scrubs, picking, and strong actives until sensitivity settles. Ask for medical advice if redness spreads, pain becomes significant, swelling increases, the skin blisters, or you notice pus, fever, or a worsening rash. New dark or light patches that persist also deserve review, especially after recent sun exposure. Do not keep exfoliating an area that is raw or increasingly uncomfortable.
