What should you know about left side temple headache?

A left temple headache can arise from muscle tension, migraine, sinus symptoms, dehydration, or heat, and its associated features guide next steps. One-sided location alone does not diagnose a condition. Note whether the pain throbs, feels tight, follows screen use, or comes with nausea, congestion, fever, or visual symptoms.

A tight or pressing sensation after stress, poor sleep, jaw clenching, or prolonged screen work can fit a tension pattern.
