Irregular periods before marriage

Irregular periods before marriage do not determine fertility or sexual health, but they are worth discussing if persistent. Cycle changes can reflect puberty, stress, weight or exercise changes, illness, contraception, or differences in ovulation. Marriage itself does not make periods regular or irregular, and a cycle pattern is not a measure of virginity.
