How common is dizziness in migraine?

Migraine can temporarily alter how the brain processes movement, vision, and balance. Dizziness may feel like spinning, rocking, floating, or unsteadiness. It may last longer than the head pain or appear before it. Similar symptoms can arise from inner-ear conditions, dehydration, medication effects, or neurological problems, so the pattern matters more than dizziness alone.
