What should you know about carboxy for stretch marks?

Stretch marks form when the skin stretches and its supporting structures change. Early marks may look pink, red, or purple; older marks often become lighter and more indented. Carboxytherapy uses a fine needle to place medical carbon dioxide beneath the skin. The resulting response may influence local blood flow and collagen remodelling, with the visible change developing gradually.

The result depends on the mark’s age, colour, width, location, skin tone, and other health factors. Temporary stinging, swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness can occur.
