When to worry about testicular pain with mumps

Mumps can inflame one or both testicles, causing aching, swelling, tenderness or a heavy feeling in the scrotum. Fever and swelling of the testicle may appear after the facial or jaw swelling. Pain can also have another cause, so its pattern and timing matter.
