What to know about cervical cancer in pregnancy

Keep all appointments and tell the team about pain, bleeding, discharge, medicines, and prior cervical screening results. Discuss whether treatment can wait, what procedures are suitable now, how the pregnancy will be monitored, and how delivery timing may change. Emotional and practical support can be part of the care plan.

Contact your clinician for bleeding after sex, bleeding between expected periods, persistent watery or foul-smelling discharge, pelvic pain, or pain during sex.
