What Does Testicular Pain Feel Like with Gonorrhoea?

Most people with Gonorrhoea notice testicular pain as aching or tenderness, often with swelling near one testicle. The discomfort may extend into the groin or lower abdomen and can be worse when the area is touched. Discharge from the penis, burning during urination, or rectal symptoms may occur, although symptoms can be mild or absent.

Testicular Pain is a common presentation of Gonorrhoea. The infection can inflame the epididymis or nearby reproductive tissues, producing pain and swelling. Testicular discomfort also has non-sexually transmitted causes, including injury, a hernia, urinary infection, or twisting of the testicle.
