What does jaundice feel like with bile duct cancer?

Jaundice happens when bile flow is blocked or reduced and bilirubin builds up. The first noticeable change may be yellowing in the whites of the eyes, followed by yellow skin. Some people notice widespread itching, tiredness, nausea, reduced appetite, or a dull ache in the upper abdomen.
