What Are the First Signs of Scalp Psoriasis?

Scale may be white or silvery and can extend beyond the hairline onto the forehead, behind the ears, or the back of the neck. The scalp may feel tight, sore, or itchy. Scratching can leave small breaks in the skin and can loosen flakes, but scalp psoriasis itself does not result from poor hygiene.
