What should you know about uveal melanoma liver metastases?

Metastases are deposits formed when cancer cells travel from their original site to another organ. These symptoms can have other causes, so they do not by themselves establish the diagnosis.

Contact your cancer team urgently for new severe abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, confusion, fainting, marked weakness, fever or yellow skin with dark urine. Seek emergency help for collapse, severe breathing difficulty or uncontrolled bleeding. Follow any personal after-hours instructions from your treatment centre.
