What should you know about Tsubuporon skin tag?

Skin tags, also called acrochordons, are soft pieces of tissue that may hang from a narrow base. They commonly occur where skin rubs, such as the neck, underarms, eyelids, groin, or under the breasts. A tag may catch on clothing or jewellery and become irritated, but a changing, bleeding, painful, very dark, or firmly attached growth may be something else. A product name or photograph cannot confirm the diagnosis. Examination matters because warts, moles, inflamed lesions, and other growths can look similar.

Do not cut, tie off, burn, or apply an unapproved product to a growth at home, especially near the eye or on genital skin. A clinician may offer skin tag removal after checking its appearance and base. Depending on location and features, options can include cryotherapy (lesion removal), electrosurgery, or another minor procedure. The area may be cleaned, numbed, and given wound-care instructions.
