These skin-colored or slightly yellow-brown bumps often appear in clusters beneath the eyes or on the eyelids. They are associated with sweat ducts and commonly cause a cosmetic concern rather than pain or loss of vision. Similar-looking bumps can have different causes, so a dermatologist may inspect the texture, distribution, and history before confirming the diagnosis. A new, rapidly changing, bleeding, or markedly inflamed lesion deserves assessment rather than self-treatment.
