Sudocrem for stretch marks: what to know

Stretch marks form when deeper skin layers stretch and collagen and elastin structures change. They may begin as pink, red, purple, or darker lines and often become lighter with time. Sudocrem is a barrier cream, so it may reduce friction or dryness on the surface, but it cannot rebuild the altered deeper structure.

Treatment choice depends on whether marks are newer or older, their location, skin tone, pregnancy or medication history, and how much change you want.
