What should you know about Strepsils for laryngitis?

Laryngitis is inflammation around the voice box, often causing hoarseness, a weak voice, throat discomfort or a cough. A common cold can trigger it, and acid reflux or voice strain can keep the area irritated. A Strepsils lozenge may increase moisture and make a sore or scratchy throat more comfortable while it dissolves. It cannot remove a viral trigger, repair vocal strain or correct reflux.
