What should you know about smokers' mouth wrinkles?

The name refers to the look and repeated lip-pursing motion, not proof that someone smokes. Fine lines can be encouraged by ultraviolet exposure, natural collagen and elastin changes, dryness, and frequent movement around the mouth. Some lines show mainly when the lips move; others remain visible at rest.
