What should you know about slight pain during sex?

Pain at the entrance may reflect reduced lubrication, skin irritation, involuntary pelvic-floor tightening, or sensitivity around the vulva. Deeper pain can relate to pelvic inflammation, endometriosis, an ovarian endometrioma, or another pelvic issue.
