What should you know about rolling scars subcision?

Rolling scars are shallow depressions with gently sloping edges. Fibrous strands beneath them can pull the surface downward, making the indentation look more visible under certain lighting or facial movement. During subcision, a clinician passes an instrument under the scar to separate selected bands from the underlying tissue. The area may be numbed first.
