A plasma pen makes precise heat points on the outer skin. Healing can cause crusts, redness, swelling, and a tightening effect as the surface recovers. That process may make a small area look more defined, but the result is limited by the skin being treated.

It cannot shave a nasal bump, rotate a tip, narrow the bridge, or improve obstruction inside the nose. If the concern is structural, a clinician needs to discuss options designed for structure rather than describe a surface treatment as sculpting.
