Period stopped for 2 months: what to know

Seek urgent help for severe or one-sided pelvic pain, fainting, shoulder-tip pain, heavy bleeding, fever, or sudden severe headache or vision change. Prompt assessment is needed when these symptoms accompany a missed period.
