Back strain, nerve irritation, urinary problems, bowel conditions, and pelvic disorders can occur at the same time. Keep a simple record of cycle dates, pain location, severity, bleeding, discharge, urinary symptoms, and activities. For mild symptoms, try a warm pack, gentle walking, relaxed position changes, and light movement within comfort. Avoid lifting or twisting that clearly increases the back pain.
