What should you know about osteosarcoma in cats?

A cat with a bone tumour may limp, avoid jumping, hide, groom less, lose interest in food or react when a limb or jaw is touched. Cats often conceal pain, so a subtle change in movement or routine deserves attention. These signs also occur with injuries, dental disease and arthritis; they do not confirm cancer.
