What should you know about no cellulite?

Cellulite describes dimpling caused by the way fibrous bands, fat compartments, and skin are arranged beneath the surface. It is not the same as ordinary loose skin or a medical infection. A smooth appearance does not prove that the underlying tissue has a particular structure, and visible dimpling may look different when you stand, sit, flex, or change lighting.

A new isolated hollow, firm lump, painful area, warmth, or swelling is not something to label as cellulite. Arrange an assessment if a change is persistent, one-sided, tender, or accompanied by skin colour change.

Regular movement, balanced nutrition, moisturising, and avoiding smoking can support general skin health, but no routine can promise a particular surface texture.
