What should you know about nipple itching during ovulation?

Hormonal shifts around ovulation can make breast and nipple tissue feel more sensitive, and dry skin, sweat or friction from clothing may add irritation. A repeating pattern that settles between cycles can support a hormonal contribution, but timing alone cannot diagnose the cause.
