What should you know about NCTF mesotherapy?

A clinician uses multiple shallow injections across a selected area, commonly the face, neck, décolletage, or hands. NCTF is a branded formulation used in mesotherapy; the exact ingredients and suitability depend on the product and your assessment. The aim is skin quality, such as a fresher surface, improved hydration, and softer-looking fine lines, rather than changing facial structure like a traditional volumising filler.

Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, small bumps, or pinpoint bruising can occur after injections. These effects usually settle as the skin recovers, but your clinician should explain what is expected for your treatment.

Tell the clinician about allergies, active rashes, cold sores, medicines that affect bleeding, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any previous reaction to injections. Do not have treatment through an active skin infection or inflamed area until it has been assessed.

Contact the treating clinic promptly if pain, redness, warmth, swelling, or discharge is worsening rather than settling, or if you develop fever. Seek urgent care for breathing difficulty, facial or throat swelling, widespread hives, severe eye symptoms, or sudden changes in vision.
