Muscle Relaxers for Body Aches: What to Know

Body aches can come from overuse, poor sleep, stress, inflammation, or an infection affecting muscles and the wider body. Fever, chills, cough, sore throat, headache, rash, diarrhoea, or recent travel can change the level of concern.
