Which vaccines use mRNA?

The best-known mRNA vaccines include COVID-19 vaccines made by Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna. Product names, formulations, and recommendations can change, so the label and local vaccination guidance matter more than a remembered list. Other vaccines use different platforms, such as protein-based material, inactivated germs, or viral vectors; those are not mRNA vaccines even when they protect against the same illness.
