What should you know about the most potent topical corticosteroid?

Topical corticosteroid potency describes how strongly a medicine reduces inflammation when applied to the skin. A very potent product may be chosen for a thick, stubborn patch or a short treatment course, while a milder product may suit thinner skin or longer-term control.
