What should you know about Morpheus8 for the chin?

The device places fine needles into selected skin layers and releases fractional radiofrequency energy. This creates controlled thermal zones while leaving surrounding skin available to support healing. On the chin, the aim may be smoother texture, a more toned-looking surface, or improvement in mild laxity. It does not automatically remove a large amount of fat, and fullness can have several causes.

A clinician assesses skin thickness, laxity, fat distribution, acne or follicle inflammation, and the position of sensitive structures. The device and its settings should be selected for the area rather than copied from another body site. Tell the clinician about recent tanning, active rash, acne, infection, cold sores, medicines, pregnancy, and any tendency to form raised scars. Contact the clinic if swelling or pain intensifies, redness spreads, blisters develop, or the skin becomes hot with discharge. Seek urgent help for breathing difficulty, rapidly increasing neck or facial swelling, or a severe allergic reaction. Persistent numbness, marked colour change, or worsening unevenness should also be assessed.
