Mabisang pantanggal ng stretch marks

Short answer
Effective stretch-mark care focuses on reducing contrast and texture, because treatments may soften their appearance without fully removing the marks.
This answers one question. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an assessment by a licensed doctor.

How stretch marks form
Stretch marks, also called striae, develop when skin is stretched or changes volume quickly. They may begin pink, red, purple, or darker than surrounding skin and later become lighter, silvery, or slightly indented. Common settings include pregnancy, puberty, rapid muscle growth, and significant weight change. Their presence does not mean the skin is unhealthy or that you caused them.
Creams and oils can moisturise and reduce dryness, but they do not reliably rebuild altered deeper skin structure. Newer marks may respond differently from older pale marks, and body location and skin tone influence the visible result.
Treatment choices
A dermatologist can examine the marks and discuss options such as microneedling, fractional laser treatment, RF microneedling, or carboxytherapy. These approaches aim to stimulate controlled skin repair or change colour and texture. Several appointments may be suggested, with healing time and aftercare varying by procedure and treatment area.
Protect treated skin from strong sun, follow cleansing and moisturising instructions, and avoid picking or applying unapproved active products while the skin is healing. Tell the clinician about pregnancy, breastfeeding, a tendency to form raised scars, active infection, or medicines that affect healing.
When to seek care
Arrange an assessment if marks appear suddenly without an obvious change in body size, are broad and numerous, or occur alongside easy bruising, muscle weakness, or long-term steroid use. After a procedure, seek prompt advice for worsening pain, spreading redness, pus, fever, blistering, or a colour change that is becoming more pronounced.
Questions for your doctor
Ask which features of your marks can be improved, how many visits may be considered, what downtime to expect, and how your skin tone affects the risk of temporary or lasting colour change.

Questions people ask
Can creams remove stretch marks?
Moisturisers can ease dryness, but creams generally cannot remove established changes in deeper skin structure.
Which procedure is right for old stretch marks?
The choice depends on colour, texture, location, skin tone, and scar history, so an examination is needed before selecting a procedure.
