What itchy feet can mean

Look at the skin and the pattern. Scaling between the toes, cracking, or a spreading edge can fit Athlete's Foot. Small fluid-filled blisters on the soles or sides of the toes can fit Dyshidrotic Eczema. Redness after a new soap, cream, shoe, or detergent can fit Contact Dermatitis. These skin conditions are not diagnosed from itching alone.

In late pregnancy, itching focused on the palms or soles, especially without a visible rash and worse at night, can be a sign of a liver-related pregnancy condition. This requires assessment by your maternity team rather than self-treatment.
