If my urine is cloudy, am I pregnant?

Cloudy urine alone does not confirm pregnancy; a pregnancy test is the reliable way to check. Urine can look cloudy after not drinking enough, from minerals, or when an infection causes inflammation in the urinary tract. Pregnancy can change urinary symptoms, but cloudiness is not a specific pregnancy sign.

Notice whether the urine is milky, hazy, unusually strong-smelling, or simply darker than usual.
