How long does emollient therapy take to work for baby acne?

Baby acne commonly appears as small red bumps or pimples on a young infant’s cheeks, forehead, chin, or scalp. An emollient is mainly a moisturising product: it supports the skin barrier and can reduce tightness or roughness.
