How effective is thread lift for marionette lines?

Marionette lines run from the corners of the mouth towards the chin. Their appearance may reflect a combination of tissue descent, changing volume, skin laxity and repeated facial movement. Threads can support and reposition selected lower-face tissue, which may reduce downward pull and improve the contour around the mouth.

Mild bruising and a feeling of tightness can occur, but symptoms that worsen need professional assessment.
