How common is persistent bloating in ovarian cysts?

A cyst can create pressure or fullness in the pelvis or abdomen as it enlarges, and this may feel like ongoing bloating. Some people also notice pelvic discomfort, pain during sex, changes in bleeding, urinary frequency, or feeling full sooner than usual. Many ovarian cysts are found incidentally and do not produce symptoms.
