Hives because of heat

Short answer
Heat can trigger hives by raising skin temperature and causing sweating, especially during exercise, hot showers, or warm sleep.
This answers one question. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an assessment by a licensed doctor.

How heat can bring on welts
Some people develop small itchy bumps or broader welts when their body warms up. Triggers may include outdoor heat, exertion, emotional stress, hot water, tight clothing, or fever. The reaction can be called heat-triggered urticaria, although other rashes can also worsen in hot conditions. Hives commonly change shape or location as they settle. A rash that remains in the same area, is scaly, or is painful may have another cause and should be examined.
Cooling and prevention
Move to a cooler area, loosen clothing, rinse with lukewarm rather than hot water, and place a cool damp cloth on the skin. Drink fluids after sweating and choose breathable layers. Record the activity, temperature, shower, food, medicine, and timing around each episode. Avoid deliberate overheating while symptoms are active. A pharmacist or clinician can check whether oral antihistamine treatment is suitable and whether another condition or medicine needs attention.
Warning signs
Emergency care is needed for breathing difficulty, wheezing, faintness, confusion, throat tightness, trouble swallowing, or swelling of the tongue, lips, or face. Heat exposure can also cause a separate heat illness; seek urgent help for collapse, severe weakness, confusion, or inability to cool down. Arrange a clinical review if heat-related hives recur, become difficult to control, or occur without obvious warming.
Questions for your doctor
Is the pattern consistent with heat-triggered hives or another rash? Which activities should I pause? Would an antihistamine plan help, and what should I do if swelling reaches my mouth or throat?
