Follow the clinic’s washing, medication, and activity instructions exactly, and do not scratch or pull at the treated area. Record when shedding began and whether it is limited to transplanted hair or includes nearby hair. Keep follow-up visits, where scalp appearance and growth can be checked over time. Seek prompt advice if loss is sudden and extensive, the scalp is increasingly painful, redness spreads, or there is pus-like discharge, fever, or marked swelling.
