The result is interpreted alongside the pathology diagnosis, scans, general health, age, neurological function, and whether surgery removed or sampled the tumour. Ask which test was used and whether the report says methylated, unmethylated, or indeterminate.

Treatment discussions may include surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, with the sequence adapted to the tumour’s location and your recovery.
