Botox reduces signals between nerves and selected muscles, so movement-related lines often soften gradually rather than disappearing immediately. Product placement, dose, individual anatomy, and the interval since treatment also affect the result. Looking closely at whether the lines appear only when you raise your eyebrows or remain at rest helps a clinician assess the cause.

Follow the aftercare instructions from your injector and allow the planned review period before judging the result. Do not arrange an unsupervised top-up or massage the area to change the outcome. At review, show photographs from before treatment and explain whether the lines are present at rest, whether eyebrow movement feels different, and when you first noticed the remaining crease.
