What else can cause this level of tiredness?

Hormonal changes may make someone unusually sleepy or drained soon after conception. Similar exhaustion can follow poor sleep, emotional strain, an infection, inadequate fluids, or low iron. Anaemia can reduce oxygen delivery and cause tiredness, while dehydration may bring weakness, dizziness, or a dry mouth. COVID-19 and other illnesses can also lower energy.
