Does myelofibrosis cause night sweats?

Myelofibrosis is a disorder in which abnormal bone-marrow activity affects blood-cell production. The condition can produce inflammatory signals, which may contribute to sweating during sleep. Some people also notice tiredness, feverish feelings, itching, fullness under the ribs from an enlarged spleen, or unintentional weight change.
