Does migraine cause facial pain and pressure?

Migraine pain may be felt around the forehead, cheeks, eyes, temples, or jaw. Pressure, tenderness, throbbing, nausea, light sensitivity, and worsening with activity can occur together. Congestion or a runny nose may also appear during migraine because nearby nerve pathways can influence nasal tissues. Follow the migraine plan prescribed for you and avoid taking pain medicines more often than advised.
