Does a reproductive medicine perform frozen embryo transfer?

Frozen embryo transfer uses an embryo that was previously created and cryopreserved. The clinic prepares the uterine lining either by tracking a natural cycle or by using prescribed hormones. Ultrasound and sometimes blood tests help the team choose when the lining and cycle are ready. A laboratory then thaws the selected embryo, and the clinician guides a thin catheter through the cervix into the uterus.
